🔹 Weight of the article

👤 Customer Type:

* Select Walking Customer

* Then select Registered Bulk Customer

📮 Article Type:

* Select Inland Speed Post (for Speed Post articles)

* Select India Post Contractual Parcel (for Business Parcel)

🏷️ Barcode Entry:

* Enter the barcode

* If “Barcode validation error” appears, ignore it and proceed

🆔 Customer ID:

* For articles 500 grams or more:

Enter Customer ID: 1000054030 – SPEED PARCEL

(Series starting with JH)

* For articles less than 500 grams:

Enter Customer ID: 1000054029 – Business Parcel

(Series starting with FH)

📄 Contract ID:

* Select the relevant Contract ID from the available list

🏠 Address Details:

* Fill in the Receiver’s address

* Fill in the Sender’s address

💳 Payment Options:

* In the payment section, select the Contract

* Choose Yes to confirm

✅ Booking Completed
