🚨 Important Update: Mandatory AI Upgrade for All POS Machines (Feb 10th)

 Attention All Post Offices,

To enhance our digital payment infrastructure, Razorpay will be rolling out a major system update across all POS (Point of Sale) machines on February 10th.

This isn't just a regular update—the new application features AI-powered "Auto-Heal" technology, which is expected to significantly reduce system failures and technical glitches.

📋 Instructions for Post Offices

To ensure the update installs successfully, all offices must strictly follow these three steps on February 10th:

  1. Stay Powered On: Keep the POS machine turned ON throughout the entire day.

  2. Battery Levels: Ensure the machine is sufficiently charged (at least 40-50% battery) at all times.

  3. After-Hours Care: Do NOT turn off the machine after office hours. Keep it powered on overnight to allow the deployment to complete.

🔄 How to know if your machine is updated?

Once the new application is deployed, the user will be automatically logged out.

  • If you see the login screen, it means the new AI-enabled application has been successfully installed.

  • Simply log back in to continue your operations.

Why this matters?

The introduction of the AI Auto-Heal feature means the machine can now fix common software errors on its own without manual intervention. This will lead to faster transactions and a much smoother experience for both staff and customers.

Let’s work together for a smooth transition!
